He is the founder of AvantBlue Medical Systems and the Metabolic Fusion MD Weight Normalization Program. Having earned his MBBS at University of the West Indies in 1996, he went on to train and achieve further certifications in general surgery, head and neck surgery, microsurgery and flap reconstructive surgery. He also completed a fellowship in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery with world-renowned surgeons Drs. Guillermo Blugerman and Diego Schalvezon at the BYS Centre of Plastic Surgery Excellence, an affiliate of the UNNE in Argentina.
In 2017, Dr. Crichlow achieved the prestigious Masters of Aesthetic Surgery with el Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Medicina (IESM), Mexico, a highly regarded master’s-degree program dedicated to advancing the depth and breadth of the rapidly developing field of aesthetic plastic surgery. DR. CRICHLOW THEN WENT ON TO ACHIEVE BOARD CERTIFICATION IN AESTHETIC PLASTIC SURGERY IN 2021. He is also registered and certified in multiple territories, including Barbados, Mexico, the UK and several Caribbean territories.
Dr. Crichlow has served as faculty trainer, speaker and medical advisory board member for several organizations in the USA, Latin America and the Caribbean. He continues to train surgeons on multiple aesthetic surgery procedures and WAS on an international research team originating in Argentina, which pioneered and published new techniques for preparation of fat-graft sites to increase safety and efficacy of autologous fat transfer in the subcutaneous region of the buttocks. Dr. Crichlow was a delegate and poster research presenter to the American Society of Bariatric Physicians Obesity Medicine Symposium in October 2013. There he presented his research on the Metabolic Fusion MD Weight Normalization Program, a proprietary, clinically proven system of dietary recommendations, supplements AND FDA-APPROVED MEDICATION, that has helped participants lose AND MAINTAIN SIGNIFICANT weight successfully ACROSS MULTIPLE AGE GROUPS, ETHNICITIES AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
